Scheduling Appointments
• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete paper work and to reap the benefit of a full one hour session.
• Although sessions are by appointment only, walk-ins are welcome and are subject to therapist availability.
• One-hour sessions consist of a full 1-hour session; therefore, your 1-hour begins at the appointed time. If you are late, you will not receive the benefit of a full hour session.
Cancellation Policy
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will not be charged a cancellation fee.• Appointments cancelled the same day of the appointment will be charged a $10.00 fee.
• Appointments not met due to no call/no show will be charged 50% of the session upon the next visit.

• ReeSource of Well-Being LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen items.• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in any manner.
• Unless stated, special offers can not be used in conjunction with another.
• ReeSource of Well-Being, reserves the right to change rules, regulations and prices at any time.
• A fee of $20.00 will be charged for return checks.
